What's the role of a Task Force?

Charging Futures Task Forces help identify options for a broad charging topic and support Ofgem in assessing these options. Each Task Force is made up of volunteers who will actively contribute to the identifying options, producing impact assessments and engaging with wider industry participants.

What have Task Forces Done to Date?

Previous Task Forces
The Access and Forward Looking Charges Task Forces

In response to Ofgem's working paper on the "Reform of electricity network access and forward looking charges" the Charging Futures Access and Forward Looking Task Forces produced a report which outlines conclusions to support the reform. You can find this final report and the conclusions here.

If you would like to hear an introduction to the report, you can listen to our Final Task Force podcast on iTunes or SoundCloud.

A series of other publications have been produced by the Access and Forward Looking Task Forces, which you can view here.

If you want to know more about the work these two task forces carried out; such as their scope, their members and their meeting minutes, you can find all that information here.
